Learn about Google Services connectivity
You can diagnose and fix network issues that disrupt essential Chrome OS services with Google Services connectivity scan. It checks your device's ability to reach their required hostnames.
When you’re scanning, you can find 2 buttons: “Stop test” and “Show details.” After the scan stops, “Stop test” becomes “Run again.” If the scan is incomplete and the report isn’t available, the “Show details” button becomes disabled.
- To restart the scan: Select Run again.
- To stop the scan: Select Stop test.
- To expand scan details: Select Show details.
You can still copy the report even if you cancel the scan. When your device is at the login screen, you can find the “See test details” button but you can't download the report. To download the report, sign in to the device.
