Can I test and integrate bitcodin for free?

Yes – We offer our free plan with 2.5GB and 10 encodings. It’s great for testing and integrating our API into your app – no credit card required – no matter how long it takes.

How are GB of the plans calculated?

Only the size of the output file counts. Input bandwidth or input file size will not be taken into account.

What happens if I exceed my plan’s limit?

You will be charged for the additional GBs at the end of your billing period.

What if I want to change my plan?

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Select the plan that best meets your needs. Upgrades will be active at the same day and downgrades at the end of your billing period.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Are there any long-term commitments?

There are no long-term commitments and you can cancel your subscription at any time.

What does live streaming cost?

Live streaming is priced on output GB in the same way as VoD encodings. The only difference is that we calculate virtual output GB.

What are virtual output GB

Virtual output GB are used for live streams. This means that as soon as you start a live stream (even if you do not ingest anything) we start to calculate the output GB that this livestream would produce based on your chosen encoding profile. Costs are based on this output GB and should not be a problem for you if you utilize your live streams after starting. This only prevents the case when users start live streams without ingesting anything.
