  • #FQLeaders ✨ The hardest professional decisions rarely come down to just performance or opportunity. It also comes down to whether the place you're in has room for who you actually are. Keke Palmer has built a career by trusting that instinct. Because somewhere out there, the right room exists that actually makes space for all of you, and that room is worth finding.

  • #FQLeaders ✨ Flavor Flav has become one of women's sports' biggest champions, and it all starts with wanting his daughters to get the recognition they deserve. At FQ Beach, he talked about why female athletes deserve the same respect, visibility, and investment as the men competing at the highest level. He also challenged more public figures to step up and support women's teams. The talent has always been there, it's time the support matched it. #CannesLions2026

  • The success of AI depends as much on leadership as it does on technology. At FQ Beach @ #CannesLions2026, Tanuja Randery CBE, Managing Director, Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) at Amazon Web Services (AWS), shared why leaders have a critical role to play in helping organizations realize AI's potential and adopt it. When leaders set the direction, establish clear standards, and connect AI to real business outcomes, adoption becomes far more seamless.

  • Who says you have to stay out all night to have a good time? 💃 Earlybirds Club the dance party for women who have stuff to do in the morning. Founded by high school friends Laura Baginski and Susie Lee, Earlybirds Club was created to give women a safe, joyful space to let loose, reconnect, and dance, all between 6 and 10 p.m. What started in Chicago is now growing across the country, bringing early-evening joy and judgment-free dance floors to communities nationwide. “Dancing is my happy place, but as a middle-aged woman, I thought my dancing days were relegated to wedding receptions and bar mitzvahs,” one woman shared. “Then Earlybirds came to town! I go by myself, find my little corner of the dance floor, and dance my butt off for hours. The vibe is friendly, the music is great, and I’m in bed before 11 p.m. What could be better?”

  • #FQLeaders ✨ When people hear how much a working mother spends on childcare, the assumption is almost always that she should just stay home. However, the math is more complicated than the monthly bill, and so is the plan. Childcare costs are temporary, but a career interrupted for a decade is not. The real question is why we've built a system that makes this choice so hard in the first place. 👉 Paige Connell via LinkedIn

  • Studies show that women’s pain is taken far less seriously than men’s, often dismissed entirely. This leads to delayed treatment or misdiagnosis. A Yale School of Medicine study showed that 11–40% of Americans suffer from chronic pain, defined as pain lasting more than three months despite treatment. Yet when it comes to developing solutions, 80% of research studies rely on male subjects, even though women make up 70% of chronic pain sufferers. This stark disparity in research and treatment is dangerous. We're talking about conditions like Crohn’s disease, fibromyalgia, endometriosis, multiple sclerosis, and more. This medical bias affects women and people of color. This is especially true for Black women, who have some of the highest maternal mortality rates. ⁣ We need to raise awareness about this critical issue and always be sure to advocate for yourself & others. Speak up if you feel unheard or dismissed at the doctor’s office!
