August is supposed to be a slow month. Not for us. We had the fastest month of growth in company history and shipped a ton of amazing updates on Windmill. Here are some of my favorites 𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 Now supports fully async flows with comments and recommendations. You can even add stats from other systems like slack messages onto a calibrations grid. 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐨 𝐃𝐫𝐚𝐟𝐭 Have Windy write the first draft. Now available on all review types. 𝐏𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐧𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 Fully powered by ONA. We've added approvals, limits and more robust admin controls. 𝐑𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐇𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐠𝐞 Simpler and easier to use. Todos, 1:1s, and Ask Windy in one place. 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐯𝐞𝐲𝐬 You can now run full engagement surveys through Windmill. You can have Windy run it via Slack or let users fill it out in the platform. And of course you can slice and dice the analytics any way you want.

**Every company serious about talent should run performance cycles on Windmill (or something like it).** We just wrapped our first Windmill-powered performance review at Tivita. I'm genuinely impressed. I'm obsessed with people development and spotting top talent. Not just because payroll is the largest capital allocation I make, it's also how I allocate my own time and attention. At every company I worked at before, performance cycles triggered mixed feelings. Two months of effort to get quality data for great decisions, and intense manual work, with huge quality variance across managers and HRBPs. Now we spend one full month doing what actually matters: reflecting, calibrating, and making great talent decisions. Windmill pulled data straight from GitHub, Google Workspace, Slack, and Linear, reducing bias and contrasting manager, peer, and self-evaluation perspectives. Keep building. The world needs better talent management! P.S. This is NOT paid publicity. It's a wake-up call for leaders to make better talent decisions.
