We are seeking a highly motivated Program Manager to lead the end-to-end design, development, construction, and commissioning of our large-scale data center facilities. In this role, you will drive complex technical infrastructure projects across multiple builds, overseeing computer farms, networking systems, AC/DC power distribution, and advanced cooling technologies. You will serve as the central point of alignment across partner teams, deftly navigating shifting priorities and managing change controls to ensure every facility is delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

US: $159000 - $230000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- 5 years of experience with data center equipment/environments, including electrical switchgear, generators, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, controls, security monitoring systems and fire safety systems.
- Master's degree or PhD in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, Construction Management or related technical field.
- 8 years of experience with data center equipment/environments, electrical switchgear, generators, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, controls, security monitoring systems and fire safety systems.
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in requirements gathering, resource organization, task prioritization, scheduling and achieving objectives within set goals.
- Experience managing vendor relationships, including knowledge of fast track design build processes and associated documents and contracts.
- Understanding of standard practices in the design and construction industry and start up/commissioning processes.

- Manage data center projects from inception through to completion.
- Support special research and development experiments, renovations, and upgrades of existing facility.
- Be responsible for gathering internal requirements and delivering solutions that satisfy customer needs.
- Maintain end-to-end responsibility from construction to deployment.
- Resolve highly critical issues within matrix organization while maintaining adherence to project timelines and costs.
