Lab 4 solution: Running an application from a YAML file
All right, I hope you have enjoyed this lab. Let's have a look at the solution. Like before, I am going to invoke the lab for a great script, so that you can see how the script is helping you, and maybe it helps you with the errors that you may have made. Notice that like the solutions before, I didn't do anything, so that we can see how the script is going to help us to proceed through the solution step-by-step. So, what does it start with? Well, it starts by telling me, can't find newdb.yaml anywhere in your home directory, and it's telling us that you use kubectl create deploy newdb with all the appropriate options, and redirected that to newdb.yaml. Well, we did not, so let's do it. kubectl create deploy newdb, minus-minus image is MariaDB. Minus-minus replicas is two. Minus-minus dry run is client. The dry run is client is generating the code. We want to see the code in YAML file, and we want to redirect it to newdb.yaml. So now we have the newdb.yaml. And what is next? Well…
