I can't do a quick technology update without talking about the advent of virtual reality. It's been around for a long time, but what I love about virtual reality is the ability for it to choose your own adventure. Today we live in a world of linear. If you and I go and watch a film and you laugh and I cry, nothing changes, it's the director's point of view. But as soon as we put those goggles on, we have the potential in the future to choose our own adventure. The challenge with that today is it's very difficult to do that because it's incredibly expensive and there's not a lot of KPIs to make it shareable so it's very hard to get an organization to sign off on those strategies but it's coming. And the so what for you is to understand that those interactive services will be for the niche they will not be for the mass and if you want to embed yourself in those technologies today it's really about the gaming culture.
