The future of drug discovery isn't just better AI models. It’s reducing the friction between scientific intent and execution.
With our virtual companion #MARIE, BIOVIA is helping scientists access advanced computational workflows more easily, while leveraging NVIDIA's accelerated computing, generative and agentic AI.
From prompt to protocol, we are making complex science more accessible on the #3DEXPERIENCE platform, working with our partners at NVIDIA and using the new BioNeMo Agent Toolkit.

Going to ISMB?
Join us for a hands-on workshop using BioNeMo to build “AI scientist” workflows that can plan, reason, and iterate across biological research pipelines.
Work through real examples spanning accelerated genomics, codon optimization, and protein design, and see how agent-based systems enable scalable design–test–learn loops.
⚠️ This workshop is open to registered ISMB 2026 attendees.

Nemotron 3 Ultra is live on Nebius Token Factory.
This is a clear signal for where open models are headed: long-running agents that can handle serious coding, research and enterprise workflows. With the model side moving fast, the next hard problem is production. Teams don’t just need access to stronger open models. They need to serve them with speed, reliability, predictable economics and the operational controls enterprises expect.
That’s the layer we’re building with Nebius Token Factory: production inference for the models teams actually want to use. Excited to see NVIDIA keep pushing open agentic models forward and to keep building together.

Life sciences leaders need domain-specific, production-ready AI built directly on their own governed data.
That's the shift Databricks and NVIDIA are enabling with Genesis Workbench. By combining Databricks with the NVIDIA BioNeMo Agent Toolkit and a growing catalog of biology and chemistry models like Proteina-Complexa, customers can run specialized AI where the data already lives.
It brings the whole discovery pipeline into one place (genomics, single-cell, molecule and protein design, candidate ranking) under one UI and one governance model.
A bench scientist can run GPU-accelerated workflows without writing a line of code, while the computational team keeps full access to everything underneath.

🦅 American innovation is paving the way for a healthier nation
Homegrown AI companies like Abridge and Aidoc are transforming our healthcare system so clinicians can focus on what matters most: patient care.
📝 Abridge is tackling burnout by deploying a purpose-built foundation model across 300+ U.S. health systems, processing over 2.5 million clinical conversations weekly to eliminate after-hours paperwork.
🩻 Aidoc’s aiOS platform has analyzed over 50 million patient scans in the U.S. alone, drafting preliminary reports to help radiology teams manage rising demands.
Equipping our doctors with the best tools available helps them provide a healthier future for every patient.
America is a nation of builders.
For 250 years, America has built railroads that connected a continent, power grids that lit up cities, factories that powered prosperity, semiconductors that made the digital age possible, and the internet that opened knowledge to the world.
Now, America is building again.
NVIDIA and our partners are investing in American manufacturing, supply chains, energy grids, and skilled workforces to help people build more, discover faster, and solve the nation’s and the planet’s most important problems.

Sharing this fantastic example of dynamism and innovation from our deep-tech powerhouse Cambridge Consultants, which has collaborated with NVIDIA Healthcare and CMR Surgical on a new class of AI model that will be an important building block for the next generation of intelligent surgical systems.
The model predicts how the surgical environment could evolve under different inputs from the surgeon, enabling surgical robots to understand the consequences of their actions before they happen and creating possible futures in real time.
Presented at the Hamlyn Symposium on Medical Robotics in London last week, this is a groundbreaking instance of deep tech in action in the healthcare space.
Anthropic’s Claude Science, an AI workbench for science research, lets scientists use agents to build workflows harnessing NVIDIA BioNeMo Agent Toolkit.

Big news from Boltz - our biggest update yet! 🚀
Today we’re releasing two new state-of-the-art models for protein design and small molecule hit discovery with extensive wet lab validation and a new API to run all of our models on scalable GPUs wherever you (or your agents) work today! 🔥
Read the TLDR below, or check out our blog post: https://lnkd.in/gZSwW7hm
🧬 BoltzMol-1 — Our first hit-discovery pipeline for small molecules that leverages an optimized version of Boltz-2 and our new suite of ADMET models for solubility, lipophilicity and permeability. We tested BoltzMol on a set of 10 difficult, previously unseen targets and got confirmed hits on 6, while only testing a small number of compounds for each (28–51) – a fraction of the cost of a traditional screening.
🔬 BoltzProt-1 — Our most powerful pipeline for protein design, powered by our new protein-protein affinity model (BoltzPPI) that prioritizes designs most likely to bind. We tested BoltzProt on a set of hard targets and found the model nearly tripled BoltzGen’s zero-shot nanobody hit rate, and in head-to-head comparisons with other leading proprietary models BoltzProt shows higher success. Beyond binding, we found that 58% of those binders pass a stringent multi-criteria developability panel, on par or better than clinical-stage therapeutic nanobodies.
⚡ The Boltz API — The fastest, cheapest and most flexible way to run Boltz models from just $0.025 per prediction on high-performance distributed compute. Built from the ground up for agentic workflows, the API is a powerful new set of primitives for drug discovery and molecular design.
We’ve partnered with Anthropic, Benchling, Phylo, Amazon Bio Discovery, Rowan, Tamarind Bio, Kiin Bio, PAULING.AI, Mirror Physics and Cultivarium on first-party integrations so that our newest models and primitives are natively supported in your favorite tool. We’ve also built support for OpenAI Codex and Gemini CLI so you don’t have to choose. As always: you own your inputs and outputs, and we don't train on your data.
To celebrate, we're giving $2,000 in API credits to every company and $100 to every academic for the first two weeks. Grab a key at api.boltz.bio and start designing today!
Join us for our launch events: Boston (June 18th), San Francisco (June 22nd) and London (July 2nd). Sign-up links in comments.
All credit goes to the entire Boltz team. It is humbling and energizing to work every day alongside such a talented, motivated, and focused small team. If you are excited by our mission, join us. You won’t regret it.
In healthcare, the cost of a missed drug interaction isn't a bug report. It's a patient outcome.
The HP ZGX Nano, accelerated by NVIDIA, runs a locally fine-tuned 47 billion parameter model on-device, delivering real-time clinical decision support across drug interactions, patient conditions, and monitoring recommendations without a single byte leaving the workstation.
No cloud dependency. No data exposure. Full compliance control.
