Sixty calls tested whether a voice receptionist respects transfer restrictions and uses the correct acknowledgment when a transfer is allowed. All 45 prohibited handoffs were blocked, and all 15 allowed transfers connected. Two Opus calls used the wrong spoken acknowledgment despite passing the correct text to the speech tool.
Reviewed result: 58/60 passes. Original automated result: 57/60 passes. The difference is one Astra call reclassified as a reviewed pass after examining the target transcript and tool evidence. The original automated grade is preserved.
