Context of the issue
I added a PR for Python 3.12 support in #1374. Python 3.13 is the latest stable release. While not all dependencies (e.g., ConfigSpace) have officially declared support via PyPI classifiers yet, basic checks (i.e. installing ConfigSpace into a 3.13 environment + running the examples listed on their docs page) suggest compatibility.
I'm adding Python 3.13 support for now so I can install tpot from my fork for personal use, but will see if I can formally add 3.13 support for ConfigParser to remove that blocker.
