This pull request is for successful compilation on Windows.
In details,

  • prefetchers.h is modified;
  • as codes in prefetchers.h that call __builtin_prefetch prefetchers.h seem invalid on Visual Studio;
  • so those codes are made ineffective when the macro _MSC_VER is not defined.
