Measured against the published rc.1 artifacts on live GKE, per the re-baseline policy (version + environment + sampling labeled): with verification enabled and a signed workload present, 1.17 mCPU (kubelet counter delta, stated 10.5-minute window) / ~63Mi working set at 1,001 tracked workloads — statistically unchanged from disabled mode, as the design's caching budget promised.

The last pre-tag item: verification-enabled figures measured against the published rc.1 artifacts on live GKE (1,001 replica-zero workloads, signed workload present, staticBundle trust root). Result: 1.17 mCPU counter-delta / ~63Mi — statistically unchanged from disabled mode, confirming Design 002 §5's caching budget. One line in the perf section, fully labeled per policy. Merge → final v1.5.0 tag.
