Introduce a top-level notebooks/ directory with nine self-contained Jupyter
notebooks (00-08) that mirror each module of the Learn OpenUSD curriculum and
convert every lesson into executable cells with inline USDA previews.

Each notebook is structured as:
- Environment check (confirms pxr imports, creates ./_assets/)
- Helper bootstrap (uses lousd.utils helpers when installed, falls back
  to inline equivalents otherwise)
- One section per lesson with a concept summary, runnable code cells
(test-tags from the source .md preserved as Jupyter cell tags where
applicable), an inline preview cell, and a recap
- Graceful degradation when optional exercise assets or optional modules
  (UsdImagingGL, omni.asset_validator) are missing

Verified: every notebook executes top-to-bottom clean via
jupyter nbconvert --to notebook --execute against the repo's uv environment
with Git LFS content pulled. 456 cells total, zero error cells.

Includes notebooks/README.md covering setup, reading order, structure,
and the relationship to the published docs site.

Adds the full NCP-OpenUSD practice test pipeline:
- exam/: question bank (491k questions), quiz pipeline, LaTeX template, source audit, verification docs
- .claude/commands/generate-quiz.md: slash command skill for on-demand quiz generation
- .gitignore: exclude crawl artifacts, local settings, and the study guide PDF
- Updated companion notebooks (01, 02, 03) with latest runnable content
