  • README.md / README.zh-CN.md (599 / 289 lines → ~100): introduction, eight highlights (security second), install table, docs links, build from source.
  • The detail moves to the website: a new Features page (Lite page, home and docs: concise copy that leads with the benefits thinkwatch.github.io#27), plus the existing Install and update and Remote core pages. The layout section moves to CONTRIBUTING.md.
  • pnpm shots re-run on dev for every scene except MCP (the capture rejects it: the servers table is 1096pt in a 980pt content area; tracked separately).

Merge after the website PR, so the Features link resolves.

…enshots

The READMEs become an entry page: a one-paragraph introduction, eight
highlights with security second, an install table and links to the docs. The
page-by-page reference moves to https://thinkwat.ch/docs/lite/features, install
and update details to /docs/lite/install and the remote core to
/docs/lite/remote-core; the repository layout moves to CONTRIBUTING.md.

Screenshots re-shot with pnpm shots from dev: the menu no longer shows Undo,
and pages carry the toolbar title. The MCP scene is left as it was: the
capture refuses it because the servers table (8 clients x 120px) is wider
than the default 1100pt window.
