One entry, added to Library after pgvector, in this repo's - [Name - description](url) format (description inside the link text, as the rest of the section does).

Resource: SQLite Graph Memory — vector retrieval over a SQLite store, combined with a curated wikilink graph and a cross-encoder rerank stage. Everything lives in one file: no server, no daemon, no network, so it runs fully offline.

Why it belongs in Library rather than Standalone Service: it is embedded, like JVector or pgvector — you import it, you do not run it. The nearest neighbours in this section are pure ANN libraries; the difference here is that retrieval is hybrid (vector similarity plus an explicit graph of hand-authored links, then rerank), which trades recall for precision on a curated corpus.

MIT licensed, last push 2026-07-15. Checked the README for a duplicate — no SQLite-based vector entry present.

Being straight with you: this is an early project (2 stars) from a small lab, published as a working pilot rather than a battle-tested library. If this list is meant for established engines only, closing this is fair and I will not re-submit.
