Adds LocalVectorSync to the Library section, alongside similar on-device/WASM entries like Voy and Moss.
Local-first, embedded vector search engine (brute-force cosine similarity) for Node.js/Tauri/Electron/React Native, with an optional Rust/WASM-accelerated search path (automatic fallback to pure TypeScript when unavailable) and end-to-end AES-256-GCM encrypted incremental sync to any S3-compatible bucket. MIT licensed.
