Add machine-readable output to helm lint #32694

Description

What would you like to be added?

What would you like to be added?

It would be useful for helm lint to support machine-readable output.

For example:

helm lint ./chart --output json

The default output could stay exactly as it is today, with structured output only enabled when requested.

The JSON could expose the information Helm already has for each lint finding, such as the severity, message, chart, and related file or path when available.

Ideally, using structured output wouldn't change the existing exit-code behavior of helm lint.

Why is this needed?

helm lint is commonly used as part of CI, but its output is mainly designed for people reading it in a terminal.

If a CI pipeline wants to turn lint findings into annotations, summaries, or another report format, it currently has to parse the human-readable console output.

That works, but it ties automation to formatting that wasn't really intended to be an API and may change over time.

Having a structured format would make it much easier to integrate helm lint with CI systems and other tooling, while keeping the current experience unchanged for normal CLI use.
