Description

KEP kubernetes/enhancements#5823 is scheduled for alpha implementation in 1.37 (as of 2026-06-17).

Let's use this as an umbrella issue for KubeRay job/serve lifecycle preservation concerns. Filing this early in the hopes that KubeRay can serve as a 1st class use case input for this KEP.
