It should be possible to build oneDAL with sanitizers like MSan through bazel, but those builds will not use an instrumented standard library, which will lead to false positives.
Since the bazel builds do not allow easily swapping standard libraries like that, it should probably have a step in which it would compile a sanitized libc++ to use together with MSan and similar. Aim of this issue is to add such an option.
