xpert-plugins仓配套 PR #703）所需的平台侧配套改动，分支feat/resume-screen-v5-decode，共 3 个提交：e8ab6e4originalname在交给插件前按 UTF-8 解码（与packages/common/src/utils/file-name.ts平台既有口径一致）7301293maxWorkers与空闲 worker 内存上限28f87fb28f87fb内容明细（13 文件，+362/−49222）app.js：−49361 行——该文件此前被一次构建误写入完整的 minified bundle（整个 React 运行时编译产物，49484 行）；本次清理回正常的 445 行源态骨架，并修正build.mjs（6 行）防止再次把 bundle 写错位置。纯产物垃圾清理，无功能变更。ai-model-provider.decorator.ts（20 行）：插件模型调用所需的 provider 语义适配。view-extension.controller.spec.ts（+35）：为e8ab6e4的解码行为补回归用例。view-extension.controller.ts（7 行）：与 spec 配套的最小接线。xpert-tool.controller/service.ts、organization-plugin.store.ts、plugin-loader.ts、deploy-local-plugin.mjs、start-cloud.mjs、pnpm-lock.yaml：本地联调期遗留的既有行为修正与工具链微调（逐项为小改动）。测试证据
