FAQs
Is this just credits?
No. Credits are part of the first three months. The other eighteen are a rebate that tracks your revenue, which is the part a credit dump does not have.
What happens at month 22?
You move to a standard committed plan. By then the discount has done its job, which was to get you to a bill your gross margin can carry.
We have raised over $5M but we are pre-revenue. Do we qualify?
Not yet. All four criteria have to hold and revenue is the one we do not flex on. You can still run on Velocis on standard terms today.
Do we have to move all our data from AWS/Azure to Neysa?
No. Most start with production inference, because that is where cost and latency hurt first - and keep their existing general-purpose cloud setups as is.
Who owns the models?
You do. Your models, weights, data, in your own VPC. We do not train on them and we do not look at them.
