Matej Golob shared thisSomewhat provocative analogy I am using in AI workshops lately - but it does get the message across to all the office users locked in the Copilot world. The exciting news is that the tank can actually help guide, steer and effectively drive the smaller vehicles. So, you just need to complement your Copilot fleet with a couple of frontier tanks for biggest bang for the buck - all the puns intended :) Happy to help you on the journey - many interesting and useful ideas coming from the AI workshop series currently going on at Hidria, led by Nastja Fortun and Bostjan Berginc - with Klemen Kobal, Beno Golja, Monika Manfreda, Črtomir Juren, Matevž Ivančič, Jan Manfreda, Jernej Rejc #AI #Workshop #Productivity #Copilot

Matej Golob shared thisAfter 100+ first generation AI workshops - which we mostly called GenAI and did have to evolve every week nonetheless - 2026 brought an even bigger shift into Agentic AI. Harnesses, Tool Use, Skills, MCPs, Multi Agent Swarming and Long Running Tasks comprise a paradigm shift that necessitates second generation of AI workshops: Agentic AI workshops 2026 - now open. Matej Golob liked thisMatej Golob liked thisDanes zjutraj sem prostovoljno izgubil nadzor nad svojim življenjem.

Matej Golob liked thisMatej Golob liked this🚀 From zero to launch in 6 months: how an Agile/Scrum team built a fully digital insurance journey — with no product, no JIRA, and no Scrum Master to start with. We recently launched our first fully digital, E2E insurance purchase process in our mobile app, mBank@Net. What makes this worth sharing isn't just the result — it's how we got there. We started from zero: no finished product content, no JIRA (just an Excel sheet), no Scrum Master in the early days, and a team that had never worked in an Agile way before — on top of building out the API connection with Groupama and working with limited internal IT resources. Still, in just six months, we shipped it. 💪 The lesson I keep coming back to: you don't need a perfect Agile playbook. You need the right mindset and energy in the team — people willing to figure it out and take ownership even when the process isn't fully defined. The framework can come later, but the spirit has to be there from day one. 🙏Huge thanks to the whole OTP team — Katja Bajec, Tim Golob, Karolina Senjor, Andrej Salaj, Marko Kocmut, and especially Teodora Budeša, who joined midway through bringing hands-on Agile experience from OTP Serbia and gradually took over as Product Owner to carry the project across the finish line together with the rest of the Insurance Pod. Thanks as well to our Scrum Master Matej Golob, our partners at Groupama, and the developers at Equaleyes, led by Marko Kolar — this was a team effort built on trust, not process maturity. And if you're an OTP client with mBank@Net, you can try it yourself right in the app .📱 I'd love to hear your thoughts — what do you like about it, and what could we do better? There's always room to improve. 😊 #Agile #Scrum #ProductOwner #Bancassurance #DigitalInsurance #Insurtech #Fintech #Leadership #OTPbanka

Holistic Coach Training… • 10K followers
7 places where you can sprinkle the holistic approach in the coaching container You know we love the holistic approach. We’ve taken the ICF Core Competencies, Ethics and Standards and added a holistic approach or philosophy to the ICF framework of 8 Core Competencies. It’s this combination that gives the coaching a strong inner and outer inter-connection while still allowing the Client to lead and incorporate the levels to their liking.. Here’s 7 places you could explore holistic exercises or questions to thread through a holistic approach that includes the whole person not just 1. Start of the session 2. The Clearing 3. Establishes Agreements 4. Evoking Awareness 5. Faciltates Client Growth 6. End of the call, closing out in partnership 7. In between sessions If you'd like to hear me talk through where to add a holistic approach in a coaching conversation, find the link below.

What I Wish More Leaders Knew … Too often, we think leadership means being in control, being the expert, or always knowing the next step. Leadership isn’t about having all the answers — it’s about creating the space where the right answers can emerge. Impactful leadership is about - Listening deeply - Trusting your team and the process - Making decisions from purpose, not pressure - Leading from curiosity and abundance instead of fear What I wish more leaders knew is that clarity comes from connection — to yourself, your people, and your purpose. When you stop trying to manage everything and start focusing on cultivating intention, alignment, and your WHY, that’s when true innovation and growth happen. Thoughts? What’s your perception of an ideal leader?

The Leadership Challenge: Distinguishing Laziness from Low Confidence One of the most complex challenges a leader faces is distinguishing between laziness and low confidence in their team members. On the surface, both can look the same — missed deadlines, lack of initiative, or minimal engagement. Yet, the underlying causes are profoundly different and require completely different responses. Misreading the situation can demotivate capable employees or enable unproductive habits, both of which harm culture and performance. Understanding the Difference Laziness stems from a lack of will, while low confidence stems from a lack of belief. A lazy employee avoids effort because they’re unwilling; a low-confidence employee avoids effort because they’re afraid to fail. The latter often masks insecurity behind hesitation, perfectionism, or overthinking. Leaders who jump to conclusions risk labelling someone as lazy when they are, in fact, struggling with self-doubt or lack of direction. The Role of Empathy Empathy is the leader’s first diagnostic tool. By taking time to listen, observe, and ask open-ended questions, leaders can uncover the root cause of low performance. Empathetic leadership builds psychological safety, where individuals feel secure enough to admit when they’re unsure or lacking confidence. This allows the leader to provide coaching, skill development, or reassurance — rather than criticism — that unlocks potential and reignites engagement. The Role of Accountability Empathy without accountability can create comfort without progress. Accountability ensures that compassion doesn’t slip into complacency. Clear expectations, measurable goals, and consistent follow-through help individuals understand that support comes with responsibility. This balance communicates: “I believe in you, but I also expect you to show up.” Combining Empathy and Accountability The most effective leaders operate in the intersection of empathy and accountability. They understand that human performance is a blend of mindset and motivation. By using empathy to uncover barriers and accountability to drive action, leaders can discern whether underperformance is due to unwillingness or uncertainty — and tailor their response accordingly. When leaders master this balance, they not only resolve performance issues — they cultivate trust, growth, and resilience within their teams. #leadership #bulletproofperformance

The G.O.S.T. Framework 🧭 Master the Vision-to-GOST Cascade to Eliminate Strategic Noise When strategy feels scattered, clarity comes from structure. That’s where the G.O.S.T. Framework steps in — aligning every action with purpose: 🎯 Goals — Directional, long-range targets that move you toward your vision. 🧩 Strategies — The thematic pathways you’ll prioritize to achieve your objectives. 📊 Objectives — Specific, measurable, time-bound outcomes that define success. ⚙️ Tactics — The practical actions and initiatives that bring your strategy to life. When each level connects seamlessly, you stop reacting and start leading with precision. Which layer do you find most challenging — defining the goal, or executing the tactic? #LeadershipStrategy #ClarityOverChaos #StrategicThinking #WomenInLeadership #NeuroscienceOfLeadership

At the end of Module One, coaches are asked to assess their strengths against the ICF core competencies. By that stage, the competencies are familiar. The language is shared. The markers are clearer. It can feel as though competence should already be settled. As though understanding equals mastery. As though completing the module equals embodying it. And then the focus shifts. Practice. Repetition. Reflecting on the core competencies themselves. Image description: Screenshot of cohort self-assessment against ICF Core Competencies following Module One: Essential Coaching Skills, highlighting ethical practice and trust and safety as strongest areas.
