Ponudili so mi kavo.

Ko vidim teniško žogico, me ta popolnoma prevzame in fascinira.

Veliko bolj me zanima njegova energija, karakter in namen. Ljudje danes tako zelo zanemarjajo dobro energijo, nasmeh, iskrenost in dobre namene. Vse mora imeti neko korist. Ampak v ljudeh. In to je po mojem vredno precej več.

Nejc Ramšak reposted thisNejc Ramšak reposted thisToday, we met with Nejc Ramšak and his team to assemble their BallBack System from scratch. And I must say—a lot of thought has gone into making it easy and intuitive to assemble. A few details immediately stood out: ✔️ The flat-pack box doubles as a support while assembling the base. ✔️ Additional locating pins enable one-person assembly. ✔️ Asymmetrically positioned holes prevent incorrect installation. ✔️ Components that could easily be assembled the wrong way arrive pre-assembled. ✔️ And all you need is one Allen key and a custom tool, which arrive with the package. These may seem like small details. But together, they reduce mistakes, make assembly easier, and help the whole product feel easier to use. Now it’s our job to make sure the assembly instructions reflect the same level of thought that went into the product itself. Stay tuned for the final result.

Nejc Ramšak shared thisBarbara Jerin 🔥👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻Nejc Ramšak shared thisWell, today I was supposed to post another time-lapse video… BUT my phone died after an hour of recording. 😅 I was so in the flow that I forgot I was filming … and forgot to check the battery 😒 So… no time-lapse today 😆 But I still have to post something, and I think you might like it even more than the video. I decided to show you the draft version of the 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁 for the BallBack System from Nejc Ramšak. How do you like it? Since the individual parts are quite easy to distinguish visually, I don’t think separate item annotations are really needed here. The goal for these assembly instructions is to make it as 𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗲-𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝘀 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲, with little or ideally no text that needs to be translated. For the draft version, I always use simple print screens, so some of the lines might not be as crisp as in the final document. P.S. If you also want to learn how to create such visual parts lists yourself, or would like me to help you with assembly instructions...send me a DM.

No pressure. Gremo naprej.

Nejc Ramšak shared thisNekateri projekti preprosto ugasnejo. To ni le uspeh patenta. ❤️Nejc Ramšak shared thisIt may not be the most glamorous product, and it certainly isn’t rocket science… But it’s our solution: one that is becoming an increasingly requested part of the tooling specification for plastic injection molding. We’re proud to see our product now patent pending, with global patent protection in progress. Our ambition is clear: to make it a standard solution across toolmakers and plastic injection molders who genuinely care about protecting, maintaining, and maximizing the value of their molds. Not flashy and not complicated. Just a smart solution solving a very real problem and making a difference where it matters. #plasticinjectionmolding #patent #slovenia #growth #startup

Dobro, to ustvari prihodek.. Ustvariti skupnost. Ustvariti dobre občutke. Spodbujati kreativnost in veselje ljudi. Gremo dalje.

Nejc Ramšak liked thisNejc Ramšak liked thisHow do we grow tennis? Tennis has to evolve from the sport we already know. Fans vs. purists is the debate I keep thinking about. I’ve been on tour. I've been a lifelong fan. I’ve seen both sides. On one hand, Roger Federer represents that timeless, gentlemanly version of the game. On the other hand, at this year’s US Open we saw a Carlos Alcaraz and Travis Scott collaboration, Carlos in basketball-inspired gear, even a nipple cameo. The purists lost their minds. 😂 What if tennis doesn’t have to choose between tradition and relevance? Maybe we need both. Imagine a fraction of Travis Scott’s 58 million Instagram followers getting curious about tennis because of a collaboration with Carlos. Now imagine those new fans becoming players. Fans becoming coaches. Fans supporting programs, scholarships, and courts in underserved communities. That’s the opportunity. But we have to be intentional. Embrace music. Fashion. Celebrities. Entertainment. Culture. Bring new people into the sport. At the same time, strengthen protections for our players and the integrity of competition. Clear policies. Education about how we behave in a tennis environment. Vigilant enforcement. The takeaway for me: welcome the new fans. Use culture to expand access. Protect the players. Protect the integrity of the sport. Tennis doesn’t have to abandon what makes it special to attract a new generation. It just has to become bigger than the sport we already know. 🎾

Nejc Ramšak liked thisNejc Ramšak liked thisAI is moving fast. But can the hardware and infrastructure keep up? That was one of the key themes on the first day of Tech Week Singapore. Great talks, insightful discussions, and many interesting conversations with exhibitors. AI infrastructure is clearly in the spotlight, and for good reason: it is becoming one of the biggest bottlenecks in our industry. My biggest takeaways is that Nvidia is getting many competitors 😉 And yes, it feels great to be back in Singapore! 🇸🇬

Nejc Ramšak liked thisNejc Ramšak liked thisMost partnership requests I get are actually sponsorship requests. Usually the offer looks like: our logo on the poster, on the flyers, maybe a chance to come and talk to people on site. Before answering, I ask two questions: - What do you offer in return? - What will my return be, compared to everything else I could do with that money and that time? Most people look a bit lost. The answer is almost always the same: "Visibility. Hundreds/thousands of people will see your brand logo." But visibility isn't a result. It's a hope. A number of people tells me nothing on its own. Who are they? Do they play? Do they buy balls, run a club, coach? And what are they supposed to do after seeing our logo? And the cost isn't only the cheque. It's the day on site, the stand, the preparation. That time doesn't go to a club that's ready to buy. We've tested it. A few times we said yes, to try it out, or because the person was convincing. Every time we reached the same conclusion: the return wasn't there. And since nothing had been measured, we couldn't even learn from it. Those two questions aren't a way to say no. They're a way to find out who is ready for a real conversation. Fortunately, there are exceptions. We recently started working with Gregor Krušič at Tennis Europe for example. Our first conversation wasn't about what he needed. It was about what success would look like for both sides. We agreed on the objective, attached real metrics to it, and built the action plan together. Now we meet every month. What did we do, what did it give us, what comes next. And it isn't just Gregor. The whole Tennis Europe team works with the same mindset. They do what they say, and say what they do. No surprises. It's early. I can't show results yet. But I already see the difference. A sponsor sells you an audience. A partner agrees with you on what winning looks like, then shows up every month to check. P.S. As part of this partnership, Tennis Europe has really taken ownership of the ball and pressure topic. They've just published an article on it: Courts get resurfaced. Rackets get restrung. Nets get measured. The ball, the only piece of equipment in every single shot, is simply left to go flat. Link in the first comment.
