    ttap® is an improved and patented feature of the original TORX® Drive System, making screw driving faster, easier and more stable.
    TORX® ttap® vs Phillips / Pozidriv®
    Phillips / Pozidriv® drive system was originally designed to create cam-out. The conical side walls deflect the torque upwards, and makes it necessary to end load and push the driver. 

    TORX® ttap® eliminates cam-out and enables easier operations because there is no need to end-load or apply pressure to the driver. The drive angle is perpendicular to the axis of the fastener.

    Quality audits 

    Authentic TORX® ttap® must be produced in cooperation with Acument Global Technology, who provides the best guarantee for a quality drive system. Due to worldwide trademark laws, Acument Global technology is required to provide for a means of controlling the quality of our trade-marked and patented products made by licensees. This is done by auditing samples of our licensed products. 
    Sample fasteners, drive tools, and heading tools are inspected to ensure they meet the specifications for quality and workmanship as called out in our confidential standards.
