Do you offer monthly billing?
Yes — every plan is per user, per month at list price, with no commitment: €29 keeps memory for 30 days, €69 for 1 year, €254 for 10 years. Commit for a year and pay 20% less, still billed monthly; prepay the year and pay 30% less.
Is there a free trial?
No. Every plan is billed monthly, per user, with no commitment, so you can start small and stop any time. If you want to see the product before you buy, book a demo.
Is there a permanently free plan?
No. There is no free tier and no free trial — every plan is per user, per month, from €29.
Can we run a pilot first?
Yes. Every new customer can start with a 30-day paid pilot, from 25 seats, priced at 25% of the annual contract value at list. It runs 30 days from go-live, includes customer success and training, and the fee is credited to the first invoices of whichever plan you choose. By day 28 you pick monthly at list, annual billed monthly (20% off) or annual prepaid (30% off), or opt out in writing; with no choice, the pilot converts to monthly at list on day 31. The pilot fee is not refunded.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes. An annual commitment billed monthly is 20% below list; a prepaid year is 30% below list. Monthly plans stay at list price with no commitment.
Do I need a demo to start?
No. Sign-up is self-serve for smaller teams. From 25 seats, new customers usually start with the paid pilot — talk to us to set one up.
Are integrations extra?
No. All integrations included on every plan.
What counts as Enterprise?
More than 100 users, or you need SSO / SCIM. Enterprise adds a platform fee for support and custom integrations. Talk to sales.
Which plan do I need?
