Larry Robles reposted thisLarry Robles reposted this🏆 𝐒𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐈𝐬 𝐍𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐀 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐨 𝐉𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲 Everyone celebrates the athlete crossing the finish line. Few notice the person kneeling beside them, helping them get there. Behind every achievement, there is usually someone working quietly in the background. A coach who believed. A parent who sacrificed. A friend who encouraged. A teammate who supported. A mentor who guided. We often see the victory. We rarely see the people who made it possible. The strongest individuals understand something important: No one succeeds alone. Every milestone is built on countless acts of support, encouragement, and belief from others. That's why gratitude is one of the most underrated success habits. The higher you climb, the more important it becomes to remember those who helped you along the way. 💡 Success becomes more meaningful when you acknowledge the people who helped make it possible. Take a moment today to thank someone who played a role in your journey. Who is one person you'll always be grateful for? 👇 #Gratitude #Success #Leadership #Teamwork #Mentorship #PersonalGrowth #LifeLessons #Inspiration #Mindset #SuccessMindset #LeadershipDevelopment #Motivation

Larry Robles reposted thisLarry Robles reposted thisProfile: Elon Musk The Future Is Built by Goals Bigger Than Problems Most people spend life solving today's problems. The rare few create tomorrow's possibilities. Elon Musk argues that a meaningful future can't be built on crisis management alone. Problems will never disappear. What changes history is a vision so ambitious that it expands what people believe is possible. His idea of making humanity a multi-planetary species isn't just about Mars, it's about giving civilization a reason to innovate beyond survival. The deeper lesson: people don't perform at their best when they only avoid failure. They thrive when they're pulled by purpose. Takeaways: • Build goals that inspire, not just objectives that maintain. • Let a compelling vision drive difficult decisions. • Solve today's problems without losing sight of tomorrow's possibilities. • Ambitious missions attract extraordinary talent and innovation. What vision are you pursuing that makes today's struggles worth enduring? Source: SXSW Hello Founders: this could be the most valuable DM you send this month. Most founders are one introduction away from a breakthrough. If we think you're building something worth watching, we'll put you in front of the people who matter. Some founders wait to get discovered. The smartest ones make sure they are. Follow and DM us.

Larry Robles reposted thisLarry Robles reposted thisBefore Tom Cruise became one of the most bankable stars in film history, he was an 18 year old actor in New York, bussing tables, unloading trucks, losing jobs, and trying to stay afloat long enough for an opportunity to matter. After auditioning for Taps, he hitchhiked to New Jersey to see his family for the weekend, telling himself there was nothing more he could do. If he got it, he got it. If he didn’t, he would move on. When he returned to the house, his mother was on the phone, visibly excited but trying to hold it in. “There’s a phone call for you.” Cruise took the call and learned he had booked Taps. 9 weeks of work. $850 a week. His first real paid acting job. He says he put the phone down and jumped up and down because, after everything, he could hardly believe it. There is something powerful about seeing careers before they look inevitable. Before Risky Business, Top Gun, and Mission: Impossible, Tom Cruise was not a finished success story. He was a young actor doing ordinary jobs, taking auditions, absorbing rejection, and waiting for one yes that could change the direction of his life. In creative industries, the breakthrough often arrives long before the world understands what it’s witnessing.

Larry Robles reposted thisLarry Robles reposted thisThe “safe” path can slowly become the thing that pulls you away from yourself. What begins as stability can turn into staying simply because it’s familiar. That’s what came to mind listening to Jim Carrey talk about his father choosing the “safe” career instead of the life he really wanted. It felt familiar to me. When I was younger, I chose accounting for similar reasons. It wasn’t some lifelong passion. It felt: ↳ stable ↳ predictable ↳ responsible I was good with numbers. I knew I could build a solid career with it. And I did. I spent nearly 20 years inside a Fortune 100 company (MetLife) starting in accounting, then moving into larger leadership roles, leading teams, integrations, and eventually global transformation work. ↳ Bigger leadership roles ↳ More responsibility ↳ More visibility ↳ More pressure. From the outside, it looked like success. But internally, something was changing. I had spent years becoming: ↳ dependable ↳ capable ↳ the person everyone could count on. What I wasn’t stopping to ask myself was: Does this still fit the person I’m becoming? I think a lot of high performers sit with that question quietly. Because fear doesn’t usually announce itself loudly. Most of the time, it sounds reasonable. ↳ Stay where you are ↳ Don’t risk too much ↳ Be grateful for what you have ↳ Keep doing what makes sense. I stayed inside those thoughts for years. Then in 2021, my role was eliminated. And everything became very quiet. ↳ No title ↳ No clear next step ↳ No external identity to lean on anymore. For the first time in a long time, I had to really ask myself: → Who am I without the title? → What do I actually want now? → What decisions would I make if fear wasn’t leading them? That period changed me. I started doing deeper internal work. Paying attention to the beliefs shaping my decisions. Recognizing how much of my life had been built around practicality instead of possibility. Over time, things started opening up. ✨ I built additional income streams ✨ Started speaking ✨ Started writing ✨ Created a life that felt more aligned with who I had become That’s why mindset matters so much to me. Because mindset shapes: → what you believe is available to you → the risks you’re willing to take → whether you stay where you are or move forward And eventually, those beliefs shape your life. I don’t think everyone needs to walk away from everything they’ve built. But I do think many people reach a point where they realize they’ve outgrown an old definition of success. And sometimes the first step is simply being honest about what you already know deep down. 🎥 @investingauthority

Larry Robles reposted thisLarry Robles reposted this'Self talk is woo woo and doesn't make a difference' People often roll their eyes at the power of self talk. (I used to as well) But science has proved time and time again that it makes a difference. Takeways from the video: Ronaldo: 1. ‘You can you can’ - this is motivational self talk - He is feeding himself with encouragement and energy - This increases confidence, belief and optimism. 2. ‘Cross the barrier, the same as always’ - this is instructional self talk - It prompts the mind and body to execute a particular task or process - This improves performance under pressure and signals control to the mind and body. 3. ‘It’s normal for you to score’ (I love this one) - we are quick to doubt ourselves under pressure - This self talk reminds him of who he is and what he is capable of - It’s a type of autosuggestion that instils trust and competence. Sawyer; 1. ‘This is it’ - she’s reminding herself it’s time to rise up to what she’s been working and training for 2. ‘Keep running’ ‘sprint’ - just like Ronaldo this is instructional self talk - she is telling her brain and body what to do. How to stay focused. And she’s kept it simple. Stick to the task at hand Having the right self talk is the difference between good and great. (and not just for athletes) Your self talk needs to be intentional, personal and specific. And most importantly repeated. Here are some you can start with today: - Today is a fresh start. I’m ready to make it a great day. - This is tough, but I am tougher - I am capable of finding solutions, and I trust myself to stay calm. - I am excited about this challenge. It’s an opportunity for growth. ♻️ repost to help someone else

Larry Robles liked thisLarry Robles liked thisThank you to everyone who took the time to wish me a happy birthday. I'm still making my way through all the messages, and they've meant so much to me. I'm really grateful for the community I've found here on LinkedIn. Turning 50 has made me think a lot about what the last few years have taught me, not just about life, but about business too. For the longest time, I thought confidence had to come first. That one day I'd finally feel ready, and then I'd go after the opportunity. The confidence came after I raised my hand, asked for the opportunity, pitched the idea, had the uncomfortable conversation, or took a chance on myself. When I look back, some of the biggest opportunities in my career didn't happen because I was the smartest person in the room. They happened because I asked. One thing I've learned is that people can't say yes to something if they don't know you want it. So if there's one lesson I'm taking with me into this next chapter, it's this: don't wait until you feel confident. Make the ask anyway. You might be surprised how quickly confidence shows up once you do. And thank you for being part of this journey with me. I appreciate you more than you know. #confidence #ceo #lifelessons

Larry Robles liked thisLarry Robles liked thisJuly 1st, my first day of neurosurgery residency. Today, I became a neurosurgery resident. It’s difficult to put into words what this moment means. For years, this day lived somewhere in the distance—a goal that felt both incredibly exciting and impossibly far away. It survived long nights, early mornings, failures, setbacks, sacrifices, and every challenge that came with pursuing a dream this big. As I begin this next chapter, I do so with immense gratitude. To my family, friends, mentors, colleagues, and patients—thank you for every lesson, opportunity, and word of encouragement along the way. None of us reach milestones like this alone. Most importantly, I thank God. Through every season of uncertainty, every closed door, and every unexpected opportunity, His faithfulness has carried me farther than I could have imagined. Today is not the end of a journey, but the beginning of a new one. My hope is that over the next seven years I continue to grow in skill, humility, compassion, and service, becoming the neurosurgeon—and person—I have always aspired to be. A dream years in the making officially begins today.

Why aren't we running like we are on fire toward our wildest dreams and highest business ambitions? We’ve got one shot at this. I would rather be called "crazy" or a "disruptor" than a settler. They say you can always spot the leaders by the arrows in their back. If people aren't talking, judging, or reacting to your vision, you are just blending into the background noise. But you weren't made to blend in. You were made to stand out. Expand your thresholds. Sharpen the mind continuously. Chase the massive goals. Forge on, team. Forge on!

The team at B2i Digital welcomes My Size, Inc. (NASDAQ: MYSZ) as a new Featured Company. A dedicated company profile will be available soon at https://lnkd.in/d3m_BMKB. MySize is a global, Nasdaq-listed fashion-tech company focused on two expensive problems in online fashion: shoppers buying the wrong size and brands getting stuck with too much inventory. First, Naiz Fit helps shoppers pick the right size in apparel and footwear so they buy with confidence and return less. Second, Percentil makes it easy for people and brands to buy and sell secondhand clothes online across key European markets. Third, Orgad helps brands move excess and overstock inventory by selling it online through marketplaces like Amazon and other channels. More detail on each: • Naiz Fit is MySize’s B2B sizing platform for apparel and footwear, used by more than 70 enterprise clients, including Levi’s, Moschino, Canali, Desigual, and Kiabi. The platform has profiled over 220,000 garments, gathered data from more than 20 million consumers, and the Company reports return reductions of 15% to 40% and conversion rate increases of 2x to 8x. In 2025, MySize acquired ShoeSize.Me, extending its sizing capabilities into footwear. • Percentil runs a managed secondhand marketplace across Spain, France, Germany, and Italy, supporting both direct-to-consumer resale and resale programs for brands such as Springfield (part of Tendam Group), C&A, and Desigual. The platform has processed more than 12 million items and sold over 4 million units to date. In January 2026, Percentil expanded distribution by listing curated secondhand fashion on Amazon’s marketplace in Spain. • Orgad helps brands sell excess and overstock inventory online through Amazon and other marketplaces, with more than 30,000 active products. For fiscal year 2024, MySize generated $8.26 million in revenue, an 18% year-over-year increase. The Company expects approximately $10 million in revenue for 2025. MySize is led by Ronen L., Founder, Chairman, and CEO; Billy Pardo ★, COO/CPO; and Oren Elmaliah,CPA., CFO. To learn more about the company, visit www.mysizeid.com.
