Marek Gorecki shared thisI'm jazzed to be joining Paramount to build amazing products, blending cutting-edge technology with human creativity in exciting ways!Marek Gorecki shared thisGreat products start with great people – which is why I’m thrilled to welcome Marek Gorecki to Paramount as our new SVP of Front End Engineering. He joins us from Google, where he helped build next-generation experiences across Maps, AR/VR, and AI for billions of users. I’ve worked closely with him for many years and what stands out most is his focus on using technology to create intuitive, human-centered experiences that seamlessly fit into everyday life. As we continue to bring together our engineering organization and invest in the future of our product experiences, Marek will play a key role in shaping our frontend strategy and building products that resonate at global scale. Attracting leaders like Marek is a strong signal of where we’re headed — building a team that operates at scale, embraces emerging technologies, and reimagines what great digital experiences can be. Welcome to the team, Marek!

Marek Gorecki liked thisA great reminder that our biggest advantage is what we build together: world-class content, technology, and partnerships. Congratulations to the entire Paramount team for representing us so well at #CannesLions2026 – especially my Product & Tech colleagues Dan Reich, Charlie Goodman and Travis Scoles!Marek Gorecki liked thisFour days on the Croisette. One clear thread at #CannesLions. We came to Cannes with a focused point of view: Powered by Story, Accelerated by Technology. But the real value of the week was the time spent with clients, partners, and customers in a setting designed for focused, thoughtful conversations about what’s working, what’s changing, and how we can build smarter together. Across partner panels, studio conversations and moments with the people who are shaping what’s next, our narrative came through in discussions about the future of branded entertainment, streaming, sports, fandom and culture. We explored how brands can continue to move beyond appearing alongside content to becoming part of the stories audiences already love, showing up in ways that feel intentional, additive and true to the fan experience. From the role that sports plays in creating shared cultural moments to how brands earn the trust to expand into new spaces, the week was full of conversations about building partnerships earlier, smarter and more thoughtfully. We focused on how technology is shaping the next era of advertising, from more dynamic streaming ad experiences to creative journeys that feel more relevant and connected. And we capped off the week with an unforgettable night on the beach at Bijou Plage, celebrating with our partners and a special performance from Wyclef Jean. The best stories are built together. Thanks to everyone who shared the week with us.🌟

Rich brings nearly three decades of experience building and scaling world-class technology organizations. His track record leading large-scale platform modernization, engineering excellence, and organizational change makes him the ideal leader as we continue building a modern, customer-centric advertising technology organization. This appointment marks another important step in the transformation of our Ads Product & Technology team, led by Hugh Williams. I’m grateful to the many leaders and teams who have helped shape this new organization and lay the foundation for what comes next. Welcome aboard, Rich -- we’re excited for what's ahead.

Marek Gorecki liked thisMarek Gorecki liked thisHow do you fit the entire physical world into a generative media model? 🌍🤯 Simple answer: You don't. ❌ Traditional models rely on static training memory - leading to reimagined buildings and hallucinated streets. You simply can't pack billions of Street View images into a model's weights. That’s why we’re bringing Maps Imagery Grounding to Google Flow! 🚀🗺️ Instead of relying on memory, Flow now pulls actual Google Street View imagery as precise spatial context at runtime 🗺️💡 This means you can beautifully restyle or animate real-world locations into anything you imagine - with the generations based on reality. What local spot or landmark are you restyling first? #GoogleFlow #GoogleMaps #GenerativeAI #DeepMind

At Paramount, we’re building at the intersection of storytelling, streaming, product innovation, and advertising. I'm looking forward to conversations around where streaming goes next, how technology is reshaping audience engagement and advertising, and how we continue creating experiences that are more personalized, interactive, and valuable for both consumers and brands. Marek Gorecki liked thisMarek Gorecki liked thisWhat’s the first question you ask when a project fails? 📉 A few weeks back on Episode 8, Derrick Connell shared one of the most impactful questions he has ever been asked: “What did you learn?” It’s a simple shift but it changes everything. True innovation only happens when teams feel safe enough to fail and learn from it. If you are only focused on playing it safe, you are probably limiting how far you can actually go. Derrick unpacks why great leaders don’t just tolerate experimentation, they actively encourage it even when it does not work out. If you missed it the first time, Episode 8 is still well worth the listen 🎙️ Go check it out now. Also, we would be incredibly grateful if you could take a moment to review us on Spotify and Apple Podcasts to help us keep bringing these conversations to you.

YouTube, Netflix, Amazon, Roku, they get 100% of their attention from streaming. Meanwhile, Disney, Paramount, Fox, Warner Bros, they're all below 30%. Linear is not a lifeboat. It is concrete shoes. Marek Gorecki liked thisMarek Gorecki liked thisExcited to share that I’m joining Paramount as EVP and Head of Consumer AI. We’re entering a fascinating moment where AI is beginning to fundamentally reshape how consumers discover, engage with, and experience content. Few companies sit at the intersection of storytelling, technology, and global reach the way Paramount does across Paramount+ and Pluto TV. Throughout my career — from early large-scale AI and LLM deployments at Google to later work across enterprise and consumer platforms — I’ve been passionate about applying AI in ways that create meaningful consumer experiences at scale. Paramount represents an exciting opportunity to help shape that future in one of the world’s most dynamic industries. I’m excited to work with Dane Glasgow, Robert Dumoulin, and many teams across Paramount as we continue building differentiated personalization, discovery, engagement, and platform intelligence capabilities across the company’s streaming ecosystem. As we embark on this journey, I’m also excited about growing our talented AI team and continuing to build world-class AI capabilities. If you’re interested in connecting or catching up, feel free to reach out. Grateful for the warm welcome so far, and excited to get started!

The definition of "Platform Expertise" just changed. It’s no longer just about knowing the hardware specs of a console. With the maturation of cloud gaming, the most valuable technical leaders are those who understand infrastructure, low-latency streaming, and cross-platform architecture at scale. As studios operate with leaner, more distributed teams, having a CTO or Lead Engineer who can navigate the complexities of the cloud isn't a luxury: it's a requirement for survival. We’re seeing a surge in demand for these "cloud-native" developers. The problem? Most are being hoovered up by big tech. Game Recruiter knows how to bring them back to the games. #CloudGaming #TechLeadership #GamingInfrastructure #GameRecruiter

You do realize this article you've written could ruin all of your future credibility right? You'll sacrifice your career for some lobbyists? This article is written in bad faith. It isn't that Stanley Pierre-Louis didn't know, it is that he did know and choose to bootlick ESA.
