Startup Week is a five-day, entrepreneur-led, community-run event held in a city to showcase
the startup culture through meetups, gatherings, lectures and activities. Startup Week is a mix of the community’s legacy events and new events that we plan. School of Public Affairs: Leadership Theory Presentation
Planned and presented along with one student an eighty minute presentation on unexpected and uncommon leadership through focusing on Girls Education in Developing Countries. The presentation focused on two leaders Malala Yousafzai and Kakenya Ntaiya. Through evaluating these two women's leadership styles, techniques and specifically negotiation tactics allowed the class to understand the importance of charismatic leadership and negotiation skills in order to become a leader who successfully…

My freshman year assigned to a group focused on health, food and nutrition we wrote a Policy Memo and Project Proposal to implement "Snack Smart". We created a five week program at Life Pieces to Masterpieces, an after school program in Anacostia, Washington D.C.
The project included teaching a group of 12-15 boys around seven-eight years old weekly on how to live a healthy life through providing donated snacks, learning about nutrition, and demonstrating the importance of exercise…My freshman year assigned to a group focused on health, food and nutrition we wrote a Policy Memo and Project Proposal to implement "Snack Smart".
