Chida Sadayappan reposted thisChida Sadayappan reposted this85 private equity leaders and operators. 66 firms. 10 seats remaining. On October 13, the people actually operationalizing AI across their firms and portfolios are coming together in New York for AI Pathfinder's Private Equity AI Strategy Day: From AI Adoption to AI Advantage. The day is hosted by Sharon Goldman, founder of Ground Level AI and previously an AI reporter at Fortune, who compères throughout and draws out the threads worth taking home. A quick look at who's already in the room: Advent, Aquiline, Blackstone, CD&R, CVC, Elliott Investment Management L.P., EQT Group, Eurazeo, General Atlantic, H.I.G. Capital, Providence Equity Partners, TowerBrook, Veritas Capital, Warburg Pincus LLC and Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe, among many more. This isn't a conference. It's a working forum built around what practitioners have actually done: ⚠️ What an AI-native operating model actually looks like: Ishan Gammampila (Chief Data & Analytics Officer, Apax) in conversation with Erin Brodie (Vice President Strategic Partnerships, NetSuite) on redesigning how a firm and its portfolio operate when AI is embedded from the start, not bolted on. ⚠️ What's genuinely working, from the people who built it: Paul Henderson (Chief Product Officer, IANS) on the agentic "shared brain" he built from every meeting and decision, and why he expects it to carry weight in an exit. Plus Lloyd Hilton (Head of Catalyst, Hg) on industrializing AI transformation across a portfolio. ⚠️ Measuring what actually matters: the shift from tracking AI usage to proving business value, with Trevor Ross (VP Data & AI, SK Capital Partners) and Prerak Vohra (Managing Director, Goldman Sachs). Adoption is becoming table stakes. The question that separates firms over a hold period is how AI becomes a durable, measurable advantage. This is all made possible by our expert partners: NetSuite, West Monroe, Hitachi Digital Services, Model ML, Glean, Stuut, RingStone, Wipro, Virgil and InstaLILY AI. Thank you! If you're in a PE or VC firm and you're not yet in the room, reply or drop me a message and I'll hold you a seat. 📍 Midtown, New York 📅 Tuesday October 13, 8am–4pm

Chida Sadayappan reposted thisChida Sadayappan reposted thisI’m hiring a Senior Manager of Data Engineering to join my team at Milwaukee Tool. I’m looking for a strong technical leader who is passionate about transforming how data engineering teams work — improving engineering practices, raising quality and accountability, and using AI to fundamentally change how we design, build, test, deploy, and support data solutions. This is an opportunity to help shape the next generation of our data engineering organization as we continue to expand our use of Databricks, modernize our engineering platform and practices, and accelerate the adoption of AI-assisted and agentic development. Chida Sadayappan liked thisI piloted a new workshop at #DevOpsDays Cairo this year. Huge thanks to Amina Mansour for stepping in to co-facilitate. Slides from the workshop: https://lnkd.in/gCA5fNxgChida Sadayappan liked thisSustainable DevOps takes shape in how teams measure, understand, and improve their work. At DevOpsDays Cairo 2026, the workshops brought this into practical focus, covering meaningful developer productivity metrics, Kubernetes audit logs as a source of insight into platform friction, and how people and AI share responsibilities across software development. Led by Nathen Harvey, Amgad Magdy, Ahmed Misbah, Dr. Eman Hesham, and Dr. Amany Shosha, the sessions explored the transition from AI-assisted pipelines to AI-operated systems, connecting engineering decisions with the realities of day-to-day delivery. #DevOpsDaysCairo2026 #DevOps #DeveloperProductivity #AgenticAI #ITIDA #SECC
