The popular leaderboards are valuable for tracking progress in generalized intelligence. They don't measure how a model performs on your real work. Two limitations. The first is construct validity. A leaderboard result is evidence that a model performs on a fixed task set. A high score may reflect knowledge recall, familiar patterns, or tool proficiency, without confirmation of judgement or deep reasoning. The second is representativeness. Benchmark tasks are bounded, static, and cheap to grade, because they have to be. Real work brings messy inputs, ambiguity, multistep workflows, tools, and business constraints. That's why we need specialized benchmarks, built by practitioners who understand the work and the standard it has to meet. Grounded in real tasks and expert judgment, they complement the general benchmarks with evidence of where a model can deliver value. Today we're launching the Specialized Intelligence Index, a one-stop destination for real-work benchmarks across industries. Traditionally, CS used to have many roles / responsibilities: Delivery Engagement, CSM, TAMs, SA, Solution Engineering, Support etc. However, with the advent of AI, the Operational part of CS design is rapidly shifting towards agents; and a lot of the work around context-building, metrics-collection, account-management, ticket-tracking, ticket-answering is being automated away. The one thing that is still constant though is the person who is still the driver of these agents, and responsible for the relationship and the human-connection with the Customer. At Fireworks AI, we are calling them AI Deployment Strategist. This is role that sits on the intersection of GTM, Engineering, Product & CS, and ensures that our Customers come first and are always successful with their Deployments of Products / Agents / Models. I’m incredibly grateful for the chance to work closely with Sebastian Thrun over the past eight months — watching his leadership up close was a rare opportunity! In that time, we 2x’ed the team, launched and staffed an international site, and shipped at an insane pace in the consumer AI space. At some point, a hard reset becomes the right move for the long-term success of an early-stage startup. Wishing the team nothing but continued success. A few examples of vulnerabilities the agentic pentester found in running applications: - A business logic flaw that lets a user redeem the same promotional code more than once and keep the duplicate credits. - A multi-step prompt injection that extracted an AI assistant’s protected internal instructions by adapting to its replies and assuming different role - And Of course, the much talked about RCE in Tiktok that was recently covered by The Washington Post.Shashank Verma reacted on thisToday, we’re excited to introduce Agentic Pentesting on the depthfirst platform. Agentic Pentesting involves autonomous agents that attack your running application like a team of elite security researchers. depthfirst agents can perform white-, gray-, or black-box testing. From discovering new vulnerabilities to validating known findings, Agentic Pentesting connects evidence back to the code to close the gap between findings and fixes. Security teams can: - Find complex vulnerabilities in systems and running applications, with or without source code access - Confirm whether findings from code scans and other sources can be exploited at runtime - Run ad hoc agentic pentests or integrate them into CI/CD for new feature releases - Create tickets in Jira or Linear, or use depthfirst to autonomously remediate vulnerabilities - Replay an attack after remediation to verify that the vulnerability has been fixed We built Agentic Pentesting in close collaboration with our customers. We treat it as the first impression the house makes. For this 4BHK: a CNC-cut Buddha mural in POP within a 7'0" × 7'3" arched niche, with a 5'6" black granite display shelf at 2'0". A backlit acrylic ceiling on a 1" border, recessed 6". A 3'0" fluted laminate panel carrying a CNC lotus and a marble-texture name plate. A plywood main door finished in laminate with a 3'0" mandala in cut MDF and MS bars. Every board here pairs the render with its working drawing — dimensions, materials, and finish callouts on the same sheet.
