Could be worse. I was once reached out to by HR over email to apply to a new job on my own team. They thought I'd be perfect for the role. I walked to her and asked how much they where paying 😁

I used to get these in the AWS Startup Venture Capital team and then next day would find out someone left the team. 😳 At least it was never me up until I chose to move on.
