I have screenshots of the conversations stating that after I purchase and receive the more expensive item at my home — one month after the original purchase — I must contact Amazon again and start this entire process all over in order to try to recover the price difference. This is an outrageous way of handling a customer issue. Amazon’s solution process is a scandal.

It's easy to focus on the scale of Prime Day, but the real story is the people behind it. Drivers, warehouse teams, and countless employees across the network make that seamless customer experience possible year after year. Great work by everyone involved.
