Every real estate listing needs unique area B-rolls. But you can't send a drone out for every single one, and the moment you use stock, your listing looks like everyone else's. Agent One generates location-specific B-roll from scratch and can even build over your existing footage. Check out the full video to see how you can create unique content specific for your location.

€18k video, 7 likes, 0 tours. Fill your calendar with daily micro-content, not regrets: Brokers wait weeks for leads while marina fees drain margins. I watched it last season with a six-boat catamaran fleet. They paid €18,000 for one glossy film. Prospects watched half, scrolled, disappeared. We replaced that approach with a Content Engine - 5 shooting days - 110 ready-to-post Reels - 60 drone clips - 400 premium photos Sales teams sent short clips to every inquiry. Result: 4 charters booked in 21 days. Average rate €46k each. No idle inventory. No silent phones. Open your media folder, list the top client objections, script one 20-second reel for each today. Ready for the full 6-Month Content Engine guide? Comment “ENGINE” and I will DM the PDF.

Videography rule: Make one video per objection: price, time, trust, risk. Objection content sells quietly. Build it into your workflow and thank yourself later. #ContentMarketing #MarketingStrategy

A real estate agent posted this video with just raw footage and basic text. Good content. Solid market knowledge. But the delivery wasn't holding attention. So I re-edited a piece of it. Here's what I changed: • A sharper hook in the first few seconds • Real b-roll instead of static talking-head • Clean graphics for the numbers and neighborhoods • Sound design to keep the energy up Same content. Same words. Just delivered in a way that actually keeps people watching. This is the difference between a video that gets 200 views and one that pulls in leads. Real estate agents, if your views feel stuck, this is usually the fix. One of the easiest ways to make your content feel more cinematic is by adding detail shots. Traditionally, capturing these macro-style shots would require a specialized lens. Today, I’m breaking down an affordable alternative that helps achieve a similar look without investing in additional camera gear. Small details can make a big impact on how your story is perceived. If you’re interested in the gear, you’ll find it in the link below www.omgadrian.com

Not all content performs the same way across platforms — and your tool should know that. Krafon's composer supports Text, Image, Video, Short Video, and Carousel posts — with dynamic asset enforcement that automatically limits file choices based on your selected content type. Selecting a video post? Only video files appear. Carousel? Images and videos both. No wrong uploads. No format mismatches. Just content that fits the platform. 🔗 Start creating → krafon.com #Krafon #ContentCreation #SocialMediaManagement #ContentTypes #MultiPlatform

Who else gets overwhelmed watching video content that rushes through dozens of different shots in 10 seconds? 🤯 Sometimes you just need to let each shot breathe to keep a viewer interested But, how do you make a tedious, complicated yet beautiful process look interesting and easy to understand? Well, that’s exactly what Steel Landscaping Co. asked me to do very recently and I’m really excited to share the results! I joined the team as they installed a fence line and gate at one of their clients houses I captured the process from pretty much start to finish, honing in on every little detail and making sure nothing was left out of the recording It was a very hot day too, and cameras did overheat! 😞 However, the biggest challenge- despite the heat, lied in the edit The edit brings to life any form of process but it HAS to be thoroughly thought out What are you trying to achieve? How’s the pacing affecting understanding? Do you give people enough visual clarity? Only then can you put together videos that mean something! ———- Want to talk about content for your business? harry@spark-agency.co.uk

I tell them stop Think about this camera like it was a client What would you tell them and then they go through the house and they're so showing me everything This is the bathroom here. I tell us a bunch of my real estate clients when they go to go do a walk through through the house They get scared and they get nervous of the actual property and they don't know what to see, etc. This is this is that that that this cost 10 million Like nothing because it feels like it was a client Same thing was talking videos whenever I ask a question to a client I always say think about it like it falls A client of yours or a lead that wanted to know information and I just asked this question Sometimes I even ask them there and they answer it and it comes out a lot more natural So when it comes to this if you have somebody behind the camera just tell them to either ask you or just pretend You're talking to them as a client or a lead rather than a camera and like that you'll get over the fear of Oh, that's a camera. A strong clip should make the point fast and make the next step obvious. Now the fun part: you generate. Your model's trained, so you don't start from a photo anymore - you start from your LoRA. Pick the model you built and create new images in your exact style. Every output becomes a seed for the next: more variations, more angles, more directions. Want it sharper? Run it through the built-in upscaler. Because it's all built on your model, you stay in control of how your work gets used. And here's where it pays: soon you'll be able to license your LoRA to brands directly - or generate on demand for clients who need fresh content but can't fund a whole new shoot. (Our New Feature is now LIVE "Playground" - turn your generations into entirely new forms of content, including video.)

Perfection is one of the fastest ways to stay stuck. Too many agents wait for the perfect script, the perfect camera setup, the perfect market conditions, or the perfect moment to put themselves out there. The reality is that growth happens when you take action before everything feels ready. The agents who build momentum are rarely the ones with the most polished content. They're the ones willing to show up consistently, learn as they go, and improve through experience. Your first video won't be your best. Your first listing presentation won't be your best. Your first marketing campaign won't be your best. That's okay. Progress comes from doing, not waiting. What's one thing you've been putting off because you feel it isn't ready yet? #YourCoachJustin #RealBrokerNewEngland
