Partner benefits packages can become a practical engine for growth. In this #MSPartner blog, Steve Thomas explores how partners are using benefits packages to build skills, improve solution quality, run their business on Microsoft technology, and reinvest savings into customer impact. Research from Omdia and IDC also points to the ROI potential partners can unlock when they actively use benefits across product licenses, Azure credits, technical consultations, support, and go-to-market execution. The clock is ticking on FY26. Is your MACC working as hard as it should be? At ezAIx, we are helping organizations maximize the value of every Microsoft dollar by delivering Azure-native solutions that drive efficiency, improve customer experiences, and create lasting business impact. Your MACC is already funded. The opportunity is now. Let’s make sure no committed investment is left on the table before FY26 closes. #MicrosoftPartners #MACC #AzureAI

CSP operations are getting more complicated for Microsoft Partners. In this PartnerTalks episode, I speak with Ebrahim Nalwala, Co-founder & CRO of Work 365, about what that means for billing, renewals, Azure usage, price changes and customer self-service. One point stayed with me: AI needs clean data and business context before it can do useful work. That becomes more important as Partners prepare for usage-based billing, more SKUs and agent licensing. For Partners managing recurring revenue, subscription, and customer data must be visible across the business. Here’s the Infinity Group UK video we mentioned in this episode, because that customer story is worth hearing: https://lnkd.in/ecYjcanE #MicrosoftPartners #CSP #Dynamics365

🚨 Special Guest Alert for our next Patch Tuesday 🚨 On Tuesday, June 9 at 1:00 PM ET, we're joined by David Branscome, Microsoft Global Channel Partner Sales - Security Architect, for a conversation every Microsoft partner should be paying attention to. Crossing the AI Bridge How Partners Evolve into Agent-First Organizations The traditional services model is under pressure. AI platforms are absorbing delivery work. Customers are automating internally. Agent-native competitors are operating with radically different economics. The question isn't whether AI will change the partner business model. The question is whether you'll adapt before someone else does. David will share what it takes to move from project-based services to AI-powered operational businesses where agents help scale outcomes, create recurring value, and reduce the need to grow headcount at the same rate as revenue. If you're trying to understand where the Microsoft partner ecosystem is headed over the next 3-5 years, this is a session you won't want to miss. 🎯 RYZE Members: Join us live for this Patch Tuesday session. 🎟️ Not a member but want to attend this one session? We've opened a limited guest registration for this event: 👉 REGISTER: https://lnkd.in/eYpwFbge The partners who learn to build with agents won't just deliver projects faster. They'll build businesses that operate differently. 𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗼𝗳𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗴𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗼𝗳𝘁 𝟯𝟲𝟱 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴. The updates will impact Enterprise, Business, and Frontline suites, as well as several standalone components. Pricing adjustments will take effect at renewal for existing customers, while packaging updates will begin rolling out earlier across tenants. According to Microsoft, the changes reflect the expanded value delivered in recent years, including advancements in security, AI capabilities, and IT management within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Across key SKUs, organizations will see price increases of up to 13 percent for Enterprise plans and higher adjustments in segments like Business and Frontline suites. At the same time, the structure continues to evolve following prior changes such as the separation of Teams from certain plans. Moments like this are a good reminder that licensing is not static. When pricing and packaging shift, it's a good moment to ask yourself a question: does our current licensing setup still reflect how we actually work? A few practical ways to approach this: • 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝘂𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲, 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗲𝘀 Many environments carry unused or misaligned subscriptions that go unnoticed until a pricing change highlights them. • 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗦𝗞𝗨 𝗺𝗶𝘅 With ongoing packaging updates, there is often an opportunity to decide between E3, E5, Business, and standalone components. • 𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘄𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗺𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 Align licensing with current security posture, collaboration patterns, and automation goals. • 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜𝗧, 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 Pricing changes surface gaps in ownership that usually remain hidden. In the end, licensing is a reflection of how your business runs. Keeping it aligned is what separates reactive adjustments from deliberate strategy. #Microsoft365 #MicrosoftLicensing #CloudStrategy #DigitalTransformation

Microsoft licensing is getting more complex, not less. Between the July 1 Microsoft 365 price increases, the introduction of Microsoft 365 E7, Copilot, Entra Suite, Agent 365, and a growing number of AI, security, and compliance decisions, many organizations are asking the same question: "What should we actually buy?" The truth is, the answer isn't always E7. For some organizations, Microsoft 365 E7 represents the future: a unified AI-first platform that combines Microsoft 365 E5, Entra Suite, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Agent 365. For others, a more strategic mix of E3, E5, Copilot, and security solutions may deliver better outcomes while controlling costs. That's where TrustedTech comes in. As a Microsoft Managed partner holding all solutions designations, we help organizations cut through licensing complexity, align investments to business goals, identify available promotions and funding opportunities, and build a roadmap that balances cost, security, productivity, and AI readiness. Before making decisions that could impact your Microsoft spend for years to come, make sure you have a strategy, not just a quote. Interested in E7 but need help evaluating your options? Step 1: Read this quick guide. Step 2: Schedule a Licensing Consultation here: https://lnkd.in/gsr-R-pm QuickGuide&utm_content= Step 3: M365 clarity and cost efficiency. #Microsoft365 #MicrosoftE7 #Copilot #Agent365 #Entra #MicrosoftLicensing #DigitalTransformation #ArtificialIntelligence #ITLeadership #CloudStrategy
