NVIDIA Highlights Sharon AI as an Early Partner in New AI Infrastructure Initiative We're proud to share that NVIDIA has featured Sharon AI, Inc in its latest announcement introducing a new business model designed to expand access to AI infrastructure at scale. In the announcement, NVIDIA outlines a new approach to supporting the next generation of AI factories, helping AI cloud providers deliver accelerated computing to startups, enterprises, model builders and research organisations through a revenue-sharing and credit-support model. As part of the announcement, NVIDIA identified Sharon AI as one of the first companies working with NVIDIA under this new initiative. The post also highlights Sharon AI's planned deployment of up to 40,000 NVIDIA Grace Blackwell GB300 GPUs, supporting our mission to build sovereign, large-scale AI compute infrastructure capable of serving the growing demands of AI training and inference. As our CEO and Co-Founder, James Manning, said in the announcement: "This strategic collaboration with NVIDIA marks a pivotal moment in Sharon AI's mission to deliver sovereign, large-scale AI compute infrastructure." The rapid adoption of AI is driving unprecedented demand for scalable, high-performance compute. We are pleased to announce that following the recent reconstitution of the FTSE Russell Indices, Sharon AI has been formally added to the Russell 3000 Index and the Russell Microcap Index. This became effective after market close on Friday June 26th and will begin trading today, on Monday June 29th. This reflects the material growth in the Sharon AI business in recent times and has since been bolstered by our six-year strategic compute collaboration with NVIDIA, which includes minimum revenue for that 40,0000 GB300 cluster of US$4.9bn. Our subsequent US$1.6bn financing, which included participation from new and existing institutions and strategic shareholders, has strengthened our balance sheet, which we expect to use to expand our fleet of deployed GPUs and the buildout of AI Factories over the coming years. It has been an exciting year for Sharon AI, Inc and the build is still moving 🤝 Since listing on Nasdaq, we have raised capital, signed major customers and launched Australia’s first Cisco Secure AI Factory with NVIDIA. A lot has happened in a short space of time, but the work behind the scenes is where the foundations are being built. More hardware is now arriving as part of our ongoing infrastructure expansion, including Cisco B300 air-cooled GPUs, CPU management nodes and networking equipment. Behind every AI workload is infrastructure that has to be delivered, installed, tested and brought online before customers ever see the capacity. That is the part we are building now.
