Matt Molinari shared thisThank you Chaya Nayak! Super excited about the work you are doing and Appcast, Inc's inclusion in it.Matt Molinari shared thisA job search is hard enough. ChatGPT can be a sounding board and help with some of the busywork: finding roles, tailoring a résumé, drafting notes, and practicing for interviews. A few (new!) ways to try it out:

Matt Molinari posted thisToday was a hard day at Appcast. Today, we told 32 colleagues that their roles had been eliminated as part of a broader reorganization. These choices are never easy, and we are deeply grateful to the colleagues affected. We’re offering generous support to help with their next chapter and recognize the meaningful contributions they’ve made to our company. As a first time CEO, just shy of a year into the job, I can say with certainty that this was the most difficult decision I’ve had to make – and one that I wouldn’t have made if I didn’t believe it to be critical to continue driving Appcast toward long term success. Appcast is a company that focuses aggressively on serving customer’s needs. This is a primary reason for our success over the last 11 years. By all accounts, Appcast continues to serve our customers well. We hear it from customers directly, we see it in the numbers with a market leading customer NPS and in our financials with continued growth in a market where recruitment needs are generally flat or down. That said, our customers’ needs are evolving and Appcast must evolve along with them – that is exactly what we are doing. Our customers’ needs are clear... more qualified applicants, a more efficient recruitment process, and continuously optimized performance. To meet these needs, we are laser focused on making the right investments in Appcast to be where our customers need us. We’re reorganizing to move faster, improve focus, and clarify accountability. We are building something really special at Appcast - and we hope you’ll be with us on the journey.

Matt Molinari posted thisI’m excited to share some big news from Appcast. We’re welcoming Matt Plummer to the team as Chief Product Officer. Matt has spent his career shaping the future of recruiting and ad tech — most recently during nearly 12 years at ZipRecruiter — and he’s joining us at a really important time. His experience and vision are exactly what we need as we think about how to best serve our customers and continue pushing the industry forward. I also want to take a moment to recognize Tom Chevalier who is moving on after more than a decade at Appcast. Tom’s creativity and leadership helped bring to life some of our most impactful products — Xcelerate, Clickcast, and Xtend — that truly changed how employers connect with candidates. I’m incredibly grateful for all he’s done for Appcast, our industry and wish him all the best on his next steps. Appcast has always been about innovation — building products that reduce friction and help employers find the right talent. Bringing Matt on board is another step in that journey, and I’m thrilled to bring his years of experience working with talent acquisition teams and building enterprise-grade hiring solutions to Appcast. I know that Matt is equally excited to spend time with our amazing customers and help them prepare for the talent challenges of tomorrow.

Matt Molinari posted thisExcited to share that I'm officially taking the reins as CEO of Appcast! Over the last 10 years Appcast has grown from a small startup in New Hampshire to an international company transforming how an industry thinks about recruitment marketing. We've come a long way and yet we still have much further to go. I am excited to lead the most kind and hardworking group of people I've had the pleasure of working with into 2025. Lastly, I want to thank Christian Forman for being a mentor both professionally and personally. He has always led by example and taught me that if you do right by your customers and your employees, success is inevitable. He's also taught me some weird things about cows but that is neither here nor there. Thank you, Chris!

One of the best panels at this year's #TalentConnect with members and industry friends Joe Shaker Jr , Matt Molinari , and Mona Tawakali from Shaker Recruitment Marketing , Appcast, Inc , and Talivity. If you've got tough questions about evaluating and investing in "ai" tech, these are some of the people you should tap for a conversation. Well moderated, Emma Webb. Thanks for putting this one together. Hat tip to Jahkedda Akbar, MPA also on the panel with some interesting insights from an upcoming Radancy study.

Matt Molinari reacted on thisMatt Molinari reacted on thisLast year at Talent Connect, we introduced new Hiring Assistant integrations that help recruiters evaluate every candidate in one place. This year, we're expanding that vision by deepening our ATS partnerships and bringing these capabilities to even more customers. Here’s a look at what we announced this morning: ✅ Expanded ATS partnerships for RSC+. With RSC+, Hiring Assistant can evaluate candidates across entire talent pools, including those who didn’t apply on LinkedIn. This integration is available today with Greenhouse, Lever, SmartRecruiters, Tracker and Zoho Recruit, with more partner launches on the way soon. ✅ Deeper connected recruiting workflows. RSC+ is expanding to support bi-directional applicant stage sync and dispositioning with your ATS. This allows recruiters to action on evaluated ATS applicants within the workflow of Hiring Assistant 2. ✅ Verified Profiles in Recruiter and Your ATS. 64% of recruiters say it’s becoming harder to assess candidate credibility as AI-generated applications become more prevalent. To help, LinkedIn Verifications are now surfaced in Recruiter and on the ATS profiles of candidates who applied through our Apply integrations. Together, these investments make Hiring Assistant 2 more connected and embedded in the hiring workflows recruiters use every day. 🚀 Thanks to all our ATS partners for working with us to bring these features to life: Avature, Ceipal, Greenhouse Software, ICIMS, Inrecruiting, JobDiva, Jobylon, Lever, PCRecruiter, RippleHire, SmartRecruiters, Teamtailor, Tellent Recruitee, Tracker, Workable, Workday, and Zoho Recruit. Matt Molinari reacted on thisMatt Molinari reacted on thisAfter nearly six amazing years, I've left Appcast. Over those years, Appcast became a home, and the people there shaped me into the professional and person I am today. As excited as I am for what's next, I'm truly sad to leave such good friends. Friends I've laughed with, learned from, and annoyed the heck out of, all in the name of making things better and helping one another. Years before joining, I had a strange but certain feeling I'd end up at Appcast. I already knew much of the team, and over time it became clear it was the right place for me. That feeling was sealed one night in Chicago, when Appcast was in town on one of their "roadies" and I was invited to join them to grab drinks at Lone Wolf Tavern. Chris Forman looked at me and said, "when the heck are you finally going to join Appcast?" As if it were written in stone, I was there a year later. I am so incredibly grateful. Thank you to everyone who made it such a great ride.

Matt Molinari reacted on thisMatt Molinari reacted on thisIt was so fun bumping into Larry Nelson on my visit to LinkedIn last week! Though perhaps not as big a coincidence as it seemed. In fact, Larry saw me come in because every day he sits at a desk in the lobby near the front door, even though he has a desk upstairs. I love this. Sitting in the lobby gives Larry the opportunity to see everybody as they come in, whether that might be: - people on his team - cross-functional colleagues he works with - execs that he wants to grab for a minute on an idea - partners he's working with - old friends who may be there for other reasons (like me, visiting the great Jessica Jensen). When I worked in the community space, we often said that the people who create the strongest communities are like great party hosts because they welcome everyone, make people feel comfortable, introduce people to each other to start conversations, and more. That's Larry. He's essentially hosting a party for all of LinkedIn and its visitors. What a great example he sets, especially for a company whose very core is about building strong networks. This is true for teams too. The best leaders are the ones that really understand the people on their team, make everyone feel welcome, and are available when people need support (effectively "waiting in the lobby"). Thanks for being such an awesome role model, Larry, and great to see you!

Matt Molinari liked thisMatt Molinari liked thisSurprising to most people that meet me, I was a shy girl. Somewhere along the way, I grew into a much more vocal woman. Someone willing to advocate for myself and for the things I care deeply about. Women’s health is one of them. I started perimenopause at 37. I was confused, unprepared, and felt completely alone. I had no baseline for understanding what was happening to me and plenty of people telling me I was too young, that I was wrong, or that it must be one of a million other things. But it was perimenopause. I had to educate myself while simultaneously wondering if I was going crazy. A friend who was slightly older shared what she had learned. I brought her suggestion back to my doctors, we tried a different treatment...and bingo. It worked. But getting there was *unnecessarily* difficult. The dismissal, the medical gaslighting, and the feeling that I had to solve it largely on my own stayed with me. I remember thinking: I don’t want this for my friends. I don’t want it for my family. And, I definitely don’t want it for my daughter. I decided I needed to become part of the change even if it happened one woman and one conversation at a time, personally or professionally. I wanted to help create more openness about this stage of life: what happens, how we navigate it, and how we change a system that has felt broken for far too many women. Then I met Laura Okafor and saw what she was building with Perry. I had the opportunity to collaborate with her on the launch of her book, and we’ve been friends ever since. I continue to be blown away by what she has created, and I feel incredibly lucky to be part of it. To give back in a way that makes me genuinely proud. Because I am no longer ashamed to tell stories that might feel too personal, too taboo, or not quite “palatable” enough. Women’s health stories shouldn't be hidden, skirted around or suppressed. We have to talk about it openly if we want to create meaningful change. Thank you, Laura Okafor, Perry, Bonafide Health and Alyssa Dweck MS MD FACOG MSCP for creating the space for these conversations with Seen & Heard and for helping women feel informed, supported and far less alone. Linking to our podcast in the comments! 🩷 And, I love my new coffee mug! #perimenopause #perimenopauseawarnessmonth #menopause

Matt Molinari reacted on thisMatt Molinari reacted on thisThere is a lot of talk about industry leading culture in the workplace, but when it’s put into action, in unexpected places, that is a true measure of those values. I’m heading back from Phoenix tonight and have a tight connection in Altanta and won’t land in Cincinnati until roughly 1 am. A co-worker of mine was also on layover in Altanta and offered to grab food for me. They were waiting at my arrival gate for the handoff before I made the slog from E terminal to B terminal. Having teams who are thoughtful and invested in the well being of each other makes all the difference. I’m proud of the culture and team we are building in Human Capital at GardaWorld! #GardaWorld #greatplacetowork #gardavalues Ben Stewart
