His onboarding partner (my wife) thinks he needs around 18 years of ramp up time before he's quota bearing. That said he's already indexing very high on adorableness and elicits positive reactions from prospects. Baby's first presales call coming soon. Of course baby's first cloud was AWS.

That early conviction turned into two consecutive Global GenAI Partner of the Year awards from AWS, and a front-row seat to one of the fastest platform shifts our industry has ever seen. We kept leaning in. We picked up Claude Code the moment it launched in 2025, and took it to our customers, first through enablement and training programs, then deeper into the governance and operating-model work that turns a promising pilot into something a business can actually run on. Then the inflection hit. Claude Code adoption went vertical in December 2025, and when Cowork arrived in January 2026, the full suite of Claude products suddenly made agentic transformation real for the enterprise. Because we'd been doing the work for years, Caylent was in a rare position: ready to meet customers wherever they were on that journey, with the experience to guide them through it. At the first Anthropic Partner Summit, we made a commitment: build a dedicated practice for Anthropic. Today, that commitment has a name: Caylent has been designated a Preferred Partner in Anthropic's new Services Track. From first partnership to one of Anthropic's strategic partners. And we're just getting started. We're well on our way to building the largest Anthropic-dedicated business unit anywhere. So here I am announcing that I'm a Senior Engineering Manager. Having now been part of several of these gatherings across different regions, I can say it never gets old. Every year the energy is different, the team is bigger, and the connection feels even stronger. When I joined Caylent over 5 years ago, we were a team of around 60 people. Today, we're nearly 900 — and moments like these remind me just how far we've come. What hasn't changed is the passion, the warmth, and the genuine connection that makes this company so special.
