  • I flew 3,900 miles from New York to Cannes, hoping to re-spark my creativity. What I didn't expect was to leave with conversations I'll be thinking about for a long time and a reminder that some of the best ideas happen when curious people get in the same room. Meta Beach became one of those places for me, and I left feeling energized to go home and create. Come experience it with me 💙 #ad #metapartner

  • After managing billion-dollar portfolios in the global finance industry, Keisha Bailey, saw a different kind of challenge — one closer to home. “Access to financial literacy was the missing link holding many back from building wealth,” she says. That realization inspired her to launch Profit Jumpstarter Media, a media platform reshaping how people across the Caribbean and the diaspora learn about money. From digital articles to social content to published books, Profit Jumpstarter makes it simple for everyday people to understand and apply real-world financial concepts. “We break down complex financial topics like investing, saving, and wealth-building into relatable lessons that inspire confidence and encourage informed decision-making,” Keisha shares. “When people understand how money works, they can take control of their financial future.” That clarity is at the core of her book, Get Serious About Wealth, written to reflect the unique financial realities of Caribbean communities. Using plain language, real-life examples, and practical strategies, Keisha helps readers shift their mindset and build confidence, no matter where they’re starting from. And social media has been a key tool in her teaching toolkit. “I love using Reels and Stories to share bite-sized financial lessons — from how to start investing to what’s happening in the markets. It’s rewarding when someone messages me saying, ‘Now I finally get it!’ That’s the impact I aim for.” Through Meta Ads, she’s also grown her reach across the Caribbean and diaspora, building not just a following — but a movement. Looking ahead, Keisha is focused on scaling her impact through storytelling. From financial commentary and market news to real-life stories that show how wealth is built, Profit Jumpstarter is becoming a go-to source for smart, trustworthy financial education. 📲 Follow Profit Jumpstarter at https://lnkd.in/gMWhsimF for their tips on how to make smarter money decisions — and build wealth, one practical step at a time.

  • When we last connected with Jesse Íñiguez of Back of the Yards Coffee Co., his coffeehouse was already more than just a coffee shop — it was a community anchor. Now, the team is building on that foundation in a big way. This past year marked a major milestone — the opening of a new location inside the historic Goldblatt’s building on the southwest side of Chicago. “Beyond being a coffeehouse, this space represents resilience, community, and connection,” Jesse shared. It’s a full-circle moment for the brand, rooted in the same neighborhood where the idea first began. Since opening their doors, the space has become a hub for intentional community gatherings — Senior Mondays, community Pilates, brunch with live music, and the return of their beloved Story Time series in partnership with the local library. Whether it’s wellness or joy or a warm cup of coffee, the coffeehouse is delivering it with care. The story doesn’t stop in Chicago. Back of the Yards Coffee is set to open two new coffeehouses — one in Pilsen, Chicago, and another all the way in Guadalajara, Mexico, marking their first international expansion. Both spaces will continue to celebrate Latin American culture and connection, through exceptional coffee and welcoming community energy. And as they grow, social media continues to be one of their strongest tools. “Reels have been a great asset for us, allowing us to reach new audiences and show more people how we bring communities together through coffee,” Jesse said. The brand also leaned into Instagram’s collaboration feature to partner with local businesses and tap into shared audiences — growing their following by 50% over the past year. For Jesse, the key to community-building through content is simple: “Consistency and authenticity are everything. Showing up regularly and sharing genuine stories is how you grow organically.” ☕️ From Chicago to Guadalajara, Back of the Yards Coffee is just getting started. 📲 Follow them at https://lnkd.in/gNyn82eX to stay tapped in with every new blend, new location, and new reason to gather.

  • Jill Johnson, co-founder and CEO of Institute for Entrepreneurial Leadership (IFEL), has helped entrepreneurs gain access to the knowledge, networks, and capital they need since 2002. Her biggest lesson? 👉🏾 Your network is the key driver of access. Watch to find out the key differences between “networking” and “being networked” along with Jill’s top tips to building deep, mutually beneficial relationships. ↗️ Share this with an entrepreneur who needs it and follow instagram.com/weareifel for more ways to grow with access.

  • When Jill Johnson co-founded the Institute for Entrepreneurial Leadership (IFEL) with her father, Dr. Henry C. Johnson, she combined a family legacy of entrepreneurship with her own experiences from the world of investment banking and capital raising during the dotcom boom. Her parents had spent over 20 years running a newspaper publishing company, including a minority business journal. Jill and her father wanted to open doors that they felt had been closed to them. Together, they envisioned an organization that could connect entrepreneurs to the knowledge, networks, and capital they need to succeed. Today, IFEL is that and so much more. Through programs like Small Businesses Need Us and Pipeline Angels, IFEL activates people willing and able to provide expertise, capital, or connections and facilitates relationship building with the entrepreneurs in the IFEL community. "In 2024, our Small Businesses Need Us volunteers provided over $1 million in expertise to entrepreneurs across our network and we introduced nearly 400 investors, allies, and business executives to entrepreneurs with whom they would not have otherwise been connected," Jill shared. This is how IFEL helps small business owners, entrepreneurs, and founders gain access to the resources that fuel growth. And Instagram plays a key role in amplifying these connections. IFEL connects with a broad ecosystem of entrepreneurs, investors, volunteers, and partners — and Reels have become one of their most powerful storytelling tools. "These short, engaging videos resonate not only with small business owners and founders, but also with our corporate, institutional, higher education, and community partners, as well as the business professionals who volunteer their time and expertise and investors who are looking for opportunities. Reels make it possible for each of these audiences to understand why our mission matters, feel inspired to be part of the solution, and see how their actions can make a difference." 📲 Follow https://lnkd.in/g7wjSQc6 to learn more about the entrepreneurs they champion and the opportunities they have for you to get involved.
