What an incredible week at CCW 2026! From the moment the doors opened last week, one thing was clear: contact centers are moving beyond talking about #AI, and are focused on putting it to work. This week, we had the opportunity to: + Show how AI agents transform #Customer service through live demos and hands-on workshops. + Showcase customer stories from easyJet, Wynn Resorts, Sirva, and SEST SENAT highlighting their modernization journeys and what’s driving real business value. + Meet with customers and partners to discuss the future of #AIpowered service, workforce engagement, and the modern contact center. + Capture conversations with analysts, media and thought leaders about where customer experience is headed next. And of course... our Puppy Love Park. What started as a fun activation quickly became one of the most talked-about experiences at the event. It reminded us that while AI is transforming customer experiences, human connection will always be at the heart of great service. A huge #thankyou to everyone who stopped by our booth, attended a session, built an AI voice agent, shared your stories, or simply came by to say hello. And of course, thank you to our amazing team who worked behind the scenes and onsite to make it all happen.
